Easy Crockpot Chicken Tacos

What’s better than beef tacos? Chicken tacos! At least in my opinion. I cannot tell you how much I LOVE my crockpot. This is the only way I can cook.. without it – we would all be take-out food junkies for sure. This is the simplest recipe ever.. of course, so are many/most crockpot recipes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • taco seasoning
  • ranch seasoning
  • taco shells/tortillas

Optional Ingredients/Toppings:

  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Sour Cream
  • Salsa
  • Taco Sauce
  • Shredded Cheese

Directions:

Place your chicken, chicken broth, taco seasoning and ranch seasoning into your crockpot.

Cook on high for 3 hours or low 5-6 hours.

After about 2 hours and 45 min I shredded the chicken, and then let it cook another 15 min or so.

And viola! Serve with taco shells or tortillas, and add your favorite topping! So yummy!
